How to Brew

Bring fresh, filtered water to a full boil (95–100 °C).

Warm your teapot or mug with a hot-water rinse.

Add 2–3 g of loose leaf black tea per 200 ml.

Pour boiling water directly over the leaves.

Steep for 3–5 minutes depending on desired strength.

Strain into your cup. Add milk or sweetener to taste.
